ARRIVAL SERVICES

Your personal Airport Concierge will be waiting when you exit the aircraft with a personalised name board and they will escort you via the ‘fast-track’ immigration into baggage reclaim. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you through customs and to your final mode of transport or to waiting colleagues, friends or relatives in the Arrivals area, ensuring at all times you are on your way as quickly as possible. Remember you can book your own Chauffeur Drive with us and be escorted to directly to them outside the Terminal.

If you have a connecting flight your Concierge will be waiting when you exit the aircraft and will escort you to your departure gate. If you have time, why not let your Concierge escort you to the airport lounge where you can relax before being taken to your departure gate. You can easily reserve space in one of our Premium Lounges during the check-out process.

DEPARTURE SERVICES

Skip the queues at check in, stroll past any security queue’s and walk straight through to the shopping and Departure Lounge (or Premium Lounge if booked), then be taken to your gate for boarding. You will be greeted when you arrive at the airport (or at your Chauffeur-driven car if booked with us) by your personal Airport Concierge. With many of our airline partners, we can provide you with priority check-in (if available on the day) and escort you through this process. We will then escort you through the fast track security control with priority access. If you have booked a Premium Lounge, we will take you there and ensure you’re settled in while you wait to board. VIP-FLY has an exclusive agreement to use the No1 Lounges which offer multiple seating styles, allowing you to tailor your lounge experience. A visit to the No1 Lounge at Birmingham will leave you feeling refreshed and reenergised ahead of your flight. The menu features hot and cold dishes and a variety of snacks, together with our range of complimentary alcohol served to you from the fully tended bar by the friendly and attentive team. All hot dishes are freshly prepared in our lounge and are served buffet-style. The menu is a seasonal, so it changes from time to time. They have handpicked a wide variety of premium, complimentary beverages, including beers wines and spirits and accompanying mixers. Champagne is available to purchase. You can easily book use of a Premium lounge during the booking process from £39.99 per adult and £18.99 per child (airport dependent). The No.1 Lounge is open from 0500 until 2000 daily. Whilst waiting for your flight your Concierge will check that your luggage has been loaded. Your Concierge will offer to assist you with any shopping or collection of items required for your flights, such as food and beverages. A boarding time will be arranged with your Concierge who will collect you from the Premium Lounge or the Main Departure Lounge and escort you to the aircraft for priority boarding.
