ARRIVAL SERVICES
Your personal Concierge will be waiting when you exit the aircraft with a personalised name board and they will escort you via the ‘fast-track’ immigration into baggage reclaim. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you through customs and to your final mode of transport or to waiting colleagues, friends or relatives in the Arrivals area, ensuring at all times you are on your way as quickly as possible. Remember you can book your own Chauffeur Drive with us and be escorted to directly to them outside the Terminal.
If you have a connecting flight your Concierge will be waiting when you exit the aircraft and will escort you to your departure gate. If you have time, why not let your Concierge escort you to the airport lounge where you can relax before being taken to your departure gate. You can easily reserve space in one of our Premium Lounges during the check-out process.
DEPARTURE SERVICES
You will be greeted when you arrive at the airport’s entrance (or at your Chauffeur driven car if booked with us) by your personal Concierge. With many of our airline partners, we can provide you with priority check-in (if available) and escort you through this process. We will then escort you through the security control with priority access. If you have booked a lounge, we will take you there and ensure you’re settled in while you wait to board. Our Executive / Premium Lounges at Birmingham and Liverpool Airport offer delicious snacks, treats, light bites and premium drinks. What’s more, the vast majority of the food and drink is complementary ensuring that whatever the reason for your journey, there is no need to board your aircraft feeling hungry. You can easily book use of a Premium lounge during the booking process from £28.50 per person, per adult. The lounges are open 0500 to 2000 daily. Whilst waiting for your flight your Concierge will check that your luggage has been loaded. They will also offer to assist you with any shopping or collection of items required for your flights, such as food and beverages. A boarding time will be arranged with your Concierge who will collect you from the Premium Lounge or the Main Departure Lounge and escort you to the aircraft for priority boarding, if permitted.
